Each area of concentration will consist of online classes, followed by the opportunity to take an exam on the material presented. With a passing grade, you will earn a badge indicating your Professional Certification to proudly display on your digital and print media. Certification is optional and not recognized as qualification to become a registered LDA in the state of California. When applicable, MCLE credits may be earned. |
PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS FOR LDAS The Three Pillars: UPL, B&P Code 6400 and Ethics/Rules of ConductThe Professional Standards for LDAs Course consists of 7 video lessons, each followed by a brief quiz. You will earn a certificate for 10 hours of MCLE credit upon completion. This course is FREE and MANDATORY for all CALDA members. IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE LAW OFFICES OF REX CRANDELLThe Certified Estate Planner program is a self paced, on-demand course covering Wills, Trusts, Durable Power of Attorney for Asset Management, Advance Healthcare Directives, Probate, Income Taxes and Real Estate Taxes for Estate and Trusts.
