Professional Standards for LDAs - EXAM REGISTRATION

The Professional Standards for LDAs Exam allows LDAs to demonstrate their knowledge of the 3-pillars of the LDA Profession: Business & Professions Code 6400, Unauthorized Practice of Law (UPL), and Ethics. This is an 80 question exam with 85% representing a passing grade. You will have the opportunity to retake the exam until a passing grade is achieved. Those who pass the exam and have watched all 7 classes in the Professional Standards for LDAs curriculum will be awarded an electronic badge. This badge is for individual use and will be displayed on the recipient's CALDA member profile and in our Find an LDA Directory. Link to exam site will be provided upon registration. No refunds will be available for this purchase. *Attendance at all live webinars and submitted affirmations of watching recorded webinars has been tracked. Completion of the ONLINE COURSE is reported electronically. Verification of course completion AND exam is required to receive an electronic badge. Non-member Exam Registration also includes a 1-year CALDA Membership, effective upon approval. Email instructions for the exam will be sent once your membership is approved. Registered LDAs should send a copy of their county LDA registration card to office@calda.org to expedite this process.
