Mania Persekian – Realtor®, Certified Probate & Trust Specialist
with the Persekian Group will be sharing valuable insights on probate and trust administration as it pertains to real estate sales, along with important nuances that LDAs should be aware of when navigating these types of transactions.
She will be joined by Rod Grishaber with California Best Title, with 30 years in the industry and 20 years as a Title Officer. He as personally closed thousands of transactions and will be speaking regarding title issues and what you need to know when it comes to dissolutions and real property transfers as it pertains to deed preparation for LDAs.
A Q&A session will be held at the end of the meeting.
