SPEAKER BIO:

John Pratuch joined Fiduciary Accounting Services in 2017. He is responsible for preparing fiduciary accountings for trusts, estates, and conservatorships in accordance with the California Probate Code. Based on his experience preparing and reviewing thousands of fiduciary accountings, he has developed the expertise to support litigation, mediation, and court reporting in trust, estate, and conservatorship matters. He has worked with professional fiduciaries, trust and estate administrators, and litigators throughout California, and has acted as an expert witness in trust-related lawsuits. He is skilled in tracking and documenting complex financial transactions, identifying assets, and producing detailed proposed distribution schedules.

A graduate of San Francisco State University, John holds a bachelor’s degree in finance. Prior to joining Fiduciary Accounting Services, John worked as a Credit Analyst for a large industrial products and packaging company.
