Proposed Agenda*

1. Estate Planning 101: Galen R. Hammond, LDA will teach Basics of Estate Planning. Topics include Living Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney and Advanced Health Care Directives and how they act together in creating an estate plan.

2. Estate Planning 201: Margaret D. Mulvihill, Esq. will teach more advanced, legal theory concepts such as A/B trusts, Generation-Skipping Trusts, Special Needs Trusts, etc.

3. Estate Planning 301: The Honorable Judge Mark Juhas, Los Angeles Superior Court judge, will be presenting on transmutation of property and how it relates to estate planning documents.

4. Trust Preparation Walk through: using ForeTrust on screen to do a live data entry with Galen R. Hammond, LDA.
NOTE: while ForeTrust will be used to teach concepts, this is not intended as a ForeTrust specific class to answer technical questions. The goal is to teach everyone the concepts so that they can successfully use any estate planning software.
