Quyen M. Do is the founder and principal of TrustPoint Disability & Legal Services, a professional self-help legal document preparation firm based in San Jose, California. As a registered Legal Document Assistant (LDA) in Santa Clara County, Quyen is authorized to assist consumers in preparing legal documents for a variety of matters, including estate planning, family law, civil litigation, and IHSS applications, assessment and denial appeals.
In addition to LDA services, Quyen is also a commissioned Notary Public, a registered Process Server, and provides electronic court filing (eFile) assistance. Her services extend to business formation, helping clients properly prepare documents for LLCs, corporations, and other business structures under client direction.
Quyen is also a CTEC-registered tax preparer and an IRS Authorized Acceptance Agent (AA), qualified to assist clients with tax filings, ITIN applications, and other IRS-related documentation.
