Quyen M. Do is the founder and principal of TrustPoint Disability & Legal Services, a professional self-help legal document preparation firm based in San Jose, California. As a registered Legal Document Assistant (LDA) in Santa Clara County, Quyen is authorized to assist consumers with preparing legal documents for a variety of matters, including estate planning, probate, family law, civil cases, bankruptcy, business formation, business tax planning, disability benefits, and IHSS applications, assessments, and denial appeals.
In addition to LDA services, Quyen is a commissioned Notary Public, a registered Process Server, a California Apostille Agent, and provides electronic court filing (eFile) assistance. She also supports business owners with entity formation, ensuring that documents for LLCs, corporations, and other structures are prepared correctly under client direction.
Quyen is also a CTEC-registered tax preparer, an IRS Authorized Acceptance Agent (AA), and a licensed Realtor, qualified to assist clients with tax filings, ITIN applications, and other IRS-related documentation, while also helping individuals and families navigate real estate matters.
