Salvador Portillo, LDA is the Founder and Owner of Legacy Partners Services, Inc., a registered and bonded Legal Document Assistance company based in California. He holds a degree in Paralegal Studies from Los Angeles Valley College and has been commissioned as a California Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent since 2017. He is also a licensed Life and Annuity Insurance Agent (CA License No. 0M33618) since 2018.
Salvador began his career in the real estate and financial services industry in 2002 as a mortgage loan officer and later became a licensed real estate agent in 2005. Through more than two decades of experience in real estate transactions, lending, title, and escrow processes, he developed a deep understanding of the documentation requirements involved in property ownership, business structuring, and estate planning preparation.
While serving as a Notary Public, Salvador recognized a significant need within the community: many individuals and families struggle with properly completing legal documents and navigating filing requirements. He observed that numerous legal matters can be addressed through accurate preparation and proper filing of standardized legal forms, without necessarily requiring legal advice or attorney representation.
In response to that need, Salvador founded Legacy Partners Services, Inc. to provide professional, affordable, and stress-free legal document preparation services. The company assists clients with preparing and filing documents with the appropriate governing agencies, helping them save time while ensuring documents are properly completed according to client instructions.
