Our History
Proudly serving the community for over 30 years.
LDA HELP SAN JOSE AND HOLLISTER CA - Elias DeHerrera and Camelia DeHerrera are registered Legal Document Assistants. They operate a family owned business providing self-help services for over 30 years. They are authorized by law to provide legal document preparation services to consumers and are registered and bonded in the County of Santa Clara and San Benito CA. Elias and Camelia are bilingual (English/Spanish). In 1987 they founded D&C Paralegal Service in San Jose, California (Santa Clara County). The name was later changed to LDA HELP INC.
For Attorneys only: Elias DeHerrera and Camelia DeHerrera also provide sub-contract services as independent paralegals with various support services.
Elias and Camelia DeHerrera opened their second office in Hollister California and bring years of professional, personal and qualified experience. They helped thousands of self-represented individuals successfully complete and file their legal documents according to their specific needs.
Elias and Camelia DeHerrera have understanding of the changes occurring in the legal system by attending continuing legal education (CLE) classes.
In April 2011, both Elias and Camelia received a certificates of completion after attending The Court Community Leadership and Liaison Program from the Superior Court of California in the County of Santa Clara, provided by the Court presiding judges and commissioner.
