on January 20, 1998 and amended many times thereafter.

2000 Legislation:

For any LDAs who handle Child Custody or Visitation Orders,
the law has recently changed. Please read the new changes to the California Family Code, section 3048. Beginning on
July 1, 2003, NEW FORMS will be issued by the Judicial Counsel, meaning you, as
an LDA, must update your paperwork.
